This four tiered white Wedding Cake was decorated with hand made sugar gypsophila flowers (Baby’s Breath) around the edge of each tier. (I made over 500 tiny gypsophila flowers!) Fresh gypsophila flowers were used to fill the bird cage to top the cake. At the base is a hand made sugar bouquet to complement the brides flowers. The cake was a rich fruit cake, a lemon drizzle sponge, coffee sponge and a Victoria sponge.
