This wedding cake was designed to look simple but elegant. The bottom tier was chocolate sponge with a chocolate fudge filling. The middle tier was vanilla sponge with home made forest fruits jam and vanilla buttercream. The top tier was gluten free lemon sponge with a home made lemon curd and lemon buttercream filling. Each tier was covered with white sugarpaste and decorated with royal iced piping and embossed hearts. The roses topper was hand made with sugar flower paste. The design was finished off with ribbon in black and white.
